Grocery Shopping…..We all have to do it! Sometimes it can seem pretty overwhelming especially if you are trying to get on track with healthier choices. I have a couple of stores I like to go to for certain things that others may not have. Whole foods is one that can be a big selection but have some specific items you may want to try in a new healthy recipe. I have listed below a good grocery list for you to find some great clean whole food options.

Unsweetened Almond Milk – I really like Califia Farms and New Barn
Hummus- My favorite brand is Hope Hummus (has no canola oil)
Organic yogurt – Siggi’s is a great brand, Green Valley Organics ( lactose-free), Kite Hill unsweetened greek almond milk yogurt( lactose free). You can buy plain yogurt to avoid all the added sugar and add your own fruit and nuts.
Kite Hill Cheeses- (Original, Truffle Dill & Chive, Ricotta) They are dairy-free and made from almond milk!
